I am excited to share with you a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which can help relieve anxiety symptoms as well as stress and any negative emotions. 

As a certified Life Coach I carry around many techniques as some are more suited to others. Mainly I use NLP to help change the way we think about a situation or behaviour by going deep inside the subconscious mind to make change. Followed by Clinical hypnosis, both work with the subconscious mind. However EFT works with you on a conscious level, very much like a placebo effect.

All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. And physical pain and disease are intricately connected to negative emotions. So, the body’s health must be approached as a whole. You cannot treat the symptoms without addressing the cause, and vice-versa.

The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy, and you will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.

This makes complete sense to me that emotions are simply a block in our energy, and the energy is not able to flow around the body. As per my video I briefly talk about acupuncture which works on similar principles. I am not saying this is a CURE to anything, but it works for many and like anything new. Takes practice to master.
