Fear & Phobias Breakthrough Programme
This session lasts typically up to 3 hours, using NLP and Clinical Hypnosis as well as Talking Therapies.
This programme has been designed to help you with fear of speaking, fear of flying, fear of social situations, nerves, fear of flying, fear of the dentist, fear of heights, agoraphobia, fear of social situations, general anxiety disorders.
We were born with 2 fears. the fear of noise and the fear of falling. Everything else has been learned and can be unlearned. Quite often we have picked up a fear of spiders for example as a result of seeing and hearing our mothers scream, which is called a secondary response and therefore a new fear is created. I can help you learn new responses of behaviour.
I will use a range of NLP techniques and Clinical Hypnotherapy to achieve rapid change and the results you desire.

From my first contact with Hayley she was great, positive, supportive and had a true ‘we can sort this attitude!’. On our first session she made me feel relaxed and at ease and most importantly that I wasn’t on my own with my flight anxieties. I had 2x 1.5 sessions with Hayley and in both those sessions talked things through, she gave me some tools to use when things weren’t great and also sent me into a deep relaxation (which I have to be honest was amazing!). Afterwards I felt emotionally drained but so relaxed. I am always the biggest sceptic of ‘tools’ to fix my anxiety but I can genuinely say I followed up on these sessions with the most positive flight I have had in years, I would almost go as far as to say I (nearly) enjoyed it! Thank you Hayley for your help – I know I still have work to do but my god things are loads better xxxx

What stress can do to your body?
Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behaviour. Being able to recognise common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. The 3 stages of stress
There are three stages of stress: the alarm, resistance and exhaustion stages. The alarm stage is also known as the fight or flight stage. When you're in the alarm stage, your heart beats faster, sending more blood to your arms and legs in case you need to fight or flee.
