It is important to find a manageable level of stress and avoid stress beyond that level using techniques that works best for you. Reducing stress in your everyday life is vital for maintaining your overall health, as it can improve your mood, boost immune function, promote longevity and allow you to be more productive.

Do you suffer from addiction, insomnia, headaches, decreased energy, irritable? All these are some of the signs of stress.

What stress can do to your body?

Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behaviour. Being able to recognise common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.

The 3 stages of stress

There are three stages of stress: The alarm, resistance and exhaustion stages. The alarm stage is also known as the fight or flight stage. When you're in the alarm stage, your heart beats faster, sending more blood to your arms and legs in case you need to fight or flee. Month 1: Take Stock; Discover what makes your heart sing!
In the first month, we'll take stock of where you're at, discover what makes your heart sing and take the first steps to brighten up your life! Through powerful coaching exercises we'll identify ways to invest in what feeds your soul, and connect what you discover about yourself with your goals!

Month 2: Declutter: Give your life a spring clean!
In the second month, we do a detox to get rid of the obstacles and energy sucks that are getting in the way of your well-being. By cutting away the dead wood, you’ll make space for new growth. Commit to letting go of what is holding you back so you can embrace your life with the vitality you need to take on your wildest dreams!

Month 3: Design; Embrace your awesome, purpose-driven life with fresh energy and a positive outlook!
In the last month, we'll set healthy new habits to support you and create a spark team of positive people who support, encourage and inspire you to achieve what you want in your life. You'll set well-crafted achievable goals for the next quarter - based on the vision you have for your life. With daily practices and long-term visioning you'll gain the momentum you need to spring into success.

Stop Smoking Breakthrough Programme

This session lasts typically 3 hours. We work together using traditional life coaching, NLP, EFT and Clinical Hypnosis for you to achieve maximum results and instant change.

  • Smoking is responsible for 9 out of 10 cases of lung cancer
  • A smoker is 2 to 4 times more likely to have a stroke than a non-smoker
  • Causes high cholesterol
  • Second hand smoke kills children
  •  Your wellbeing is improved
  •  Blood flow to the heart is greatly improved and skin conditions (such as broken capillaries)

Phase 1 involves in getting to the root cause (the unconscious problem) of whatever is holding you back, whilst also providing you with knowledge of your values (what you are currently focusing on) your current values, and how your mind filters information. We work together to deal with the withdrawal symptoms and destroy the neurological pathways, the way you think about smoking!

Phase 2 is the fun bit and involves helping you let go of all negative emotion from the past, whilst also letting go of any limiting decisions you have made about yourself or any limiting beliefs you have picked up over the years. Using time line therapy and changing the way you think about yourself.

Phase 3 is the really exciting part where we take a new look at your values and align them to the achievement of your new goal which you have now developed. ill guide you into a relaxed state where change and suggestions that you want can be made. By the end of this session you will have a personal mission statement, a goal a sense of clarity and direction in your life and most importantly will be feeling great, fully refreshed and ready for whatever life offers you. You are a NON SMOKER.

Q & A

How does this type of therapy work?

Meridian techniques help with the withdrawal symptoms and NLP & Hypnotherapy work direct with your subconscious. You learned to become a smoker, you were not born a smoker. This means you can unlearn the behaviour. The communication with the subconscious bypasses the conscious mind allowing me to create new ways of thinking, suggestions and ideas. Intern getting rid of habitual behaviour. 

Does this type of treatment wear off?

Not normally. You have to want to change and be ready to quit smoking. I give you tools that will help you after the session. A top up maybe required if you need extra sessions. Ill also give you a personal hypnosis recording to take home with you should you need it. 

Are there any withdrawal symptoms?

Yes! It can take up to 4 weeks for the nicotine to leave your body. However you will have tools and techniques to help deal with these symptoms.

 

I will use NLP, EFT and Hypnosis for breakthrough coaching. 1 session typically 3 hours with additional unlimited email support. A optional personalised hypnosis recording is available to purchase and take home after the session.

Fear & Phobias Breakthrough Programme

This session lasts typically up to 3 hours, using NLP and Clinical Hypnosis as well as Talking Therapies.

This programme has been designed to help you with fear of speaking, fear of flying, fear of social situations, nerves, fear of flying, fear of the dentist, fear of heights, agoraphobia, fear of social situations, general anxiety disorders.

We were born with 2 fears. the fear of noise and the fear of falling. Everything else has been learned and can be unlearned. Quite often we have picked up a fear of spiders for example as a result of seeing and hearing our mothers scream, which is called a secondary response and therefore a new fear is created. I can help you learn new responses of behaviour.

I will use a range of NLP techniques and Clinical Hypnotherapy to achieve rapid change and the results you desire.

From my first contact with Hayley she was great, positive, supportive and had a true ‘we can sort this attitude!’. On our first session she made me feel relaxed and at ease and most importantly that I wasn’t on my own with my flight anxieties. I had 2x 1.5 sessions with Hayley and in both those sessions talked things through, she gave me some tools to use when things weren’t great and also sent me into a deep relaxation (which I have to be honest was amazing!). Afterwards I felt emotionally drained but so relaxed. I am always the biggest sceptic of ‘tools’ to fix my anxiety but I can genuinely say I followed up on these sessions with the most positive flight I have had in years, I would almost go as far as to say I (nearly) enjoyed it! Thank you Hayley for your help – I know I still have work to do but my god things are loads better xxxx
