Freedom From Anxiety – Anxiety release clinical guided hypnosis and NLP.


This recording I have developed after the successful launch of my book. My recording complements my book, and helps you make further changes to the way you think and ultimately break free of anxiety.

Anxiety is there all the time; you can feel it in the background, in the subconscious of your mind. When you experience periods of anxiety it tends to manifest in general nervousness or awkwardness in a situation.

Anxiety Release shows you how to release anxious thoughts and feelings naturally, by harnessing the power of your brain. I guide you into a hypnotic trance where I can access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for all your thoughts, feelings, emotions and memories. The thoughts of your conscious mind sink down into the subconscious. Then, while your subconscious mind is receptive to ideas, your self-hypnosis session can have a powerful impact on your thought patterns and beliefs. By using NLP during hypnosis, this helps change or reprogram the way you think.

During the hypnotic state I show you how to manage anxiety, by accessing tools and techniques that you already have inside of you.


I have added a NLP session onto the end of the recording as an added bonus to help you change any unwanted behaviours. In NLP we call this 6 step reframing.

The Six Step Reframe is a traditional NLP process used to improve unwanted behaviour:

  • Access the behaviour
  • Set up signal – ask the ‘part’ if it is willing to communicate consciously
  • Discover and acknowledge the benefits
  • Create choices
  • Congruency check
  • Ecology check
  • Future pace and check

It may look to you like there are seven steps, and you would be right!

This is a traditional NLP process that I use regularly after a session of clinical hypnosis. A relaxed semi trance state is preferred for maximum results. Of course for best results of this NLP technique you are best working with me directly.
