UK’s NLP Life Transformation Coach Finally Reveals…

“…3 Deadly Conditions That Cause Anxiety and Stress and How to Overcome Them Fast… Forever”

Let’s face it…

The occurrence of anxiety is universal. It is not a problem restricted just to the poor or to the rich. Anxiety is of the crucial conditions faced in the UK that is marked with uncertainty, perplexity, and stress.

The truth is that, to some extent, everyone has a level of anxiety, but one needs to learn how to control, manage and overcome it. Anxiety comes with fears and worries that can be really pervasive in that you find it almost impossible to relax and live a normal life.

As a matter of fact, analysis of NHS Digital statistics shows that mental related problems like stress, depression, and anxiety are the major reasons why NHS staffs in England take sick days. It was also reported that workers took a total of 17.7 million days of sick leave between December 2017 and November 2018.

Guess what?

Out of these 17.7 million staffs…

“…4.2 million were taken due to stress, anxiety,
depression or other psychiatric illnesses.”

Interestingly, anxiety was more than the next two most common reasons COMBINED, which were common cold and musculoskeletal conditions.

Besides, in America today, more than 40 million adults suffer from anxiety, and it is the most common mental illness in the United States… according to research.

But the question is how can you permanently keep your anxiety under control and eliminate panic attacks?

So, last week, UK’s number one life coach, Hayley Austin, reveals 3 deadly conditions that cause anxiety and stress and how to overcome them fast… forever.

“…Overcoming anxiety and dealing with anxiety as quickly and efficiently as possible,” Hayley says, “is best in order to return to your normal life. But you must tackle it from these 3 conditions.”

She explained that anxiety may be caused by…

  • mental condition,
  • physical condition,
  • the effects of drugs,

…or a combination of these 3.

She continued…

Mental conditions that are common causes of anxiety are panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, phobic disorders, and stress disorders.

While physical or external factors that cause anxiety are stress at work, school, in a personal relationship or marriage, finances, emotional trauma such as the death of a loved one and serious medical illness.

Then there’s anxiety that results from side effects of medication, use of illicit drugs like cocaine and the likes.

What breaks my heart is that in a bid to deal with their anxiety, some people practically live on drugs. Look, this is NOT a procedure I will recommend to you.

Here’s why…

Do you now that, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse overdose deaths involving drugs
usually used to treat anxiety phobias, panic attacks, seizures and insomnia quadrupled between 2002 and 2015.

And what’s shocking is the fact that…

Overdose deaths tied to anti-anxiety
drugs continue to rise

So please, do NOT go this route.
